Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the article(s) to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalty.<\/p>\n
However, in the case of personalized orders, the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with Art. L 221-28 of the Consumer Code.<\/p>\n
In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code as amended by the reform of March 17, 2014, the Participant has a period of 14 (fourteen) clear days from the day of receipt of the products ordered, to exercise his legal right of withdrawal. When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday or non-working day, it is extended to the next business day. It is specified that in the case of orders for several products, the period for exercising the right of withdrawal runs from receipt of the last product ordered. The Participant who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must inform the Distributor of his desire to withdraw by sending him an e-mail, before the expiry of the aforementioned 14-day period, any statement, unambiguous, expressing his desire to withdraw In accordance with Article L. 121-21-3.- of the French Consumer Code as amended by the reform of March 17, 2014, The Customer returns or restitutes to the Seller, indicating a tracking number or colissimo, without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen days of the communication of his decision to withdraw the Items within the aforementioned period, in their original packaging, complete, new. Costs associated with the return of items are the responsibility of the Participant. Within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order, the Customer may ask London Lover to exchange the product(s), only if the size ordered does not fit.<\/p>\n
The returned product(s) must be in new condition, not have been worn or used or have been subject to any kind of use. Otherwise the package will be returned. The customer organizes the return at his own convenience, expense and risk. The shipping costs related to the initial shipment, return or exchange of products remain the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is not in conformity or has a manufacturing defect. Possible customs fees related to the return of a product from a foreign country are also charged to the customer. However, the return costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore recommended that the customer keep proof of this return, which implies that the products are returned with tracking, or by any other means giving a certain date.<\/p>\n
