The Customer’s refund will be made by automatic credit within 30 days of receipt by London Lover of the withdrawal request and subject to the return of the product.<\/p>\n
The refund will include the price of the items ordered by the customer, and will not include delivery costs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
Within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order, the Customer may ask London Lover to exchange the product(s), only if the size ordered does not fit.<\/p>\n
To do so, the Customer shall contact London Lover at the following address: contact@london-lover.com. The customer may only request an exchange for a different size of the product(s) originally ordered.<\/p>\n
The customer must return the product(s) at his\/her own expense, except in the event that he\/she has received a product with a manufacturing defect or which does not correspond to the customer’s initial order.<\/p>\n
