Delivery costs in France are €5 Colissimo and €4.40 Mondial Relais.

In accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to retract and return products purchased on the website www.london-lover.com for 14 clear days from the date of delivery (the postmark being proof of this).

The Customer’s refund will be made by automatic credit within 30 days of receipt by London Lover of the withdrawal request and subject to the return of the product.

The refund will include the price of the items ordered by the customer, and will not include delivery costs.

Within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order, the Customer may ask London Lover to exchange the product(s), only if the size ordered does not fit.

To do so, the Customer shall contact London Lover at the following address: contact@london-lover.com. The customer may only request an exchange for a different size of the product(s) originally ordered.

The customer must return the product(s) at his/her own expense, except in the event that he/she has received a product with a manufacturing defect or which does not correspond to the customer’s initial order.

Return shipping costs will also be borne by the buyer.

The return or exchange is at the customer’s risk. The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with the return form, to the following address

The returned product(s) will be exchanged while stocks last within a maximum of fifteen (15) days of receipt by London Lover. If the product to be sent is unavailable, London Lover undertakes to issue the Customer with a credit note for the amount of the order.
